1. Digital Products and Content (Non-Refundable)

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, all digital purchases are final. This includes but is not limited to:

• Digital downloads (films, scripts, media kits)
• Streaming access
• Online event tickets
• Submissions or registration fees

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed.

2. Physical Merchandise (If Applicable)

If you purchased physical merchandise (such as apparel, posters, or collectibles), we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return Process:

1. Email us at General@belentertainmentco.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
3. We’ll provide return instructions, including a return address.
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (minus original shipping) or send a replacement item.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Tickets to Live Events or Experiences

Unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase, all ticket sales to live events (film premieres, shows, workshops, etc.) are final and non-refundable. If an event is canceled or rescheduled by BEL Entertainment, we will offer:

• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer your ticket to a future date (if applicable)

We are not responsible for missed events due to user error, travel issues, or third-party service disruptions.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and approve your eligible return or refund request:

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
